Do you have a warranty of any sort?​

Yes we do! Unconditional Chainmail Warranty For Life!!!

We are committed to your complete satisfaction. If for any reason your item(s) comes apart, is defective or damaged in anyway, We have got you covered. We will repair or replace the item(s) at NO CHARGE to you. We take care of shipping if need be. Please call us or E-mail and let us know what you need to have done. We will get it repaired or replaced and get it back to you as quickly as possible. Thank you again for your purchase and we look forward to doing business with you again in the future.

How Do I Place An Order?

Use toolbar to browse available products. To access more information or purchase an item, click on the product image and you will be taken to the item's product detail page.



​Using the shopping cart
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and quantity, then click the ADD TO CART button.  You may view items in your shopping cart, and proceed to checkout, by clicking the cart icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page. You can add products to your shopping cart and edit or delete current items at any time. 
Items added to the shopping cart are not removed from active inventory until you complete an order. If an item is in your cart and inventory is low, the item may become unavailable between the time you add it to the cart and proceed to checkout. The items will be held temporarily when you reach the payment step in checkout. If you have more than one item in your cart, the rest of the order will be processed. You will receive an email notice informing you of the order status.

Currently we accept Google Checkout, personal checks /money orders or credit cards by phone.

​Shipping

Currently all items (in stock) will be sent out within 2-3 business days. They will be shipped USPS Priority Mail with a tracking/delivery number. You will get an email with that information once it has been sent.

Returns & Refunds

All packages will have a tracking number with delivery conformation for these purposes.

We will gladly give CREDIT OR MONEY BACK for items that have arrived damaged within 7 days of the item(s) arrival date. Please contact us via email and briefly describe the nature of damage and item number. The average respond time is 1-2 business days. ONCE THE ITEM(S) HAVE BEEN SHIPPED, WE DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
